The Perform8 app was created by Kim and Kevin, two entrepreneurs passionate about sports performance and well-being, with the expertise of Myriam, a kinesiologist, motocross coach, and mental performance specialist. Holding a bachelor’s and a master’s degree, Myriam brings extensive knowledge in physical conditioning and mental preparation. Together, they developed a unique platform designed to optimize athletic performance, resilience, and progression, with a strong focus on the specific needs of motocross riders and high-performance athletes.

A visionary entrepreneur and multidisciplinary athlete, Kevin Bertoldi has over 25 years of experience in motocross and a solid background in competitive freestyle skiing. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he combines his technical expertise and field experience to design concrete, innovative, and high-performance solutions.As the founder of Nifty5 Sports Technologies, he built a brand recognized for the quality and durability of its equipment. Today, he brings this expertise to Perform8 to drive athletes further on all levels: physical, mental, and nutritional.

Kim is the driving force behind Perform8. A graduate in Business Launch and co-owner of Nifty5, she combines entrepreneurial vision, research and development expertise, and marketing intuition. Passionate about performance, she’s been immersed in sports her whole life—basketball, hockey, motocross. As the initiator of the Perform project, she leads it with conviction and clarity, determined to deliver a concrete, all-in-one solution to help athletes reach their highest potential.

With over 16 years of motocross experience, Myriam embodies performance both on and off the track. A kinesiologist with a degree from UQAC and a master’s in Clinical and Biomedical Sciences, she specializes in athletes’ mental preparation. She has worked with high-level athletes, including the UQAC Inuks, and currently teaches in the Bachelor of Kinesiology program. Her unique expertise—blending science, field experience, and passion—is at the heart of the Perform8 approach
